Allegro Pediatrics offers a secure and convenient online patient portal, MyHealthRecord, powered by Greenway Health. This portal empowers you to manage your child’s healthcare information and stay connected with their care team.

Once you are on the portal login page, enter your email address and password in the designated fields. If you have not yet registered for an account, click on the “Portal Registration” button to create one.

Patient Portal Registration

To register for a Patient Portal account, you must be the parent or guardian of a child under 18 years old or a patient 18 years or older. The registration process involves providing basic information about yourself and your child (if applicable).

Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive an email with instructions on how to activate your account.

Patient Portal Features

The Allegro Pediatrics Patient Portal offers a wide range of features to help you manage your child’s healthcare:

• Ask a Question: Send secure messages to your child’s care team with any questions or concerns you may have.
• Update Patient Information: Keep your child’s contact information, insurance details, and medical history up-to-date.

Managing Portal Access for Patients 18+

When patients turn 18 years old, they become the owners of their portal account. If you are 18 or older and would like to grant portal access to a parent or guardian, you can fill out the Grant Portal Access form.

Patients 18 years and older can also revoke portal access from individuals who were previously granted access. To do so, fill out the Revoke Portal Access form.

The Patient Portal was updated in 2022 with new security features. You will be prompted to update your login information the first time you access your portal account after the migration. If you experience any issues, refer to the Existing Patient Security Services Migration guide.
