What is the password for ProMedica?

Your username is your ProMedica Instructor/Student ID number (found on the back of your name badge). Your password is “phs” with the last 4 digits of your Instructor/Student ID number and an ! (Example phs1234!) You must remember your password so that you can use it each time you log into the computer.

What EMR does ProMedica use?
